Fulfillment & Defect Claims
All of our products are custom‑printed and shipped by Printify. Once your order is delivered, Printify will automatically email you with instructions on how to report any print or manufacturing defects. Look for an email from customer@trackorder.site.What You Need to Do
- Check your inbox for Printify’s “Order Delivered” email.
- Click the link in that email to submit photos of any defect or damage.
- Printify’s support team will review and, if approved, issue a reprint or full refund—no return shipping required.
If you didn’t receive Printify’s email within 48 hours of delivery, or if you have any trouble submitting a claim, please email us at andrew@sciencerabbit.org and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
Please Note
- We do not accept returns for “change‑of‑mind,” sizing, or minor color variations.
- All defect claims must be reported via the Printify portal within 21 days of delivery.
