The Mission
In this space, we embrace the notion that genuine comprehension goes beyond superficial exploration – it beckons an inquisitive plunge into the profound realms of scientific knowledge forged through thorough, impartial research. It’s akin to venturing into a proverbial “Rabbit Hole.” Join a community of fellow inquisitive minds as we dissect the data, or the absence thereof, behind health claims, myths, and groundbreaking scientific revelations with the promise to enhance our lives.

The Process
Too many health and wellness articles are written without references or, in some cases, the misuse of scientific data to support their claims. The latter issue can be more dangerous because unsuspecting readers may think they are receiving evidence-based information. However, the truth is, there are also a ton of low quality peer-reviewed research articles out there and it can take decades to gain the skill to be able to decipher what is a fundamentally solid peer-reviewed article with respect to statistical methods used and nuances in data interpretation. We solicit experts, true experts with credentials to back it up, to write articles and comment on some of today’s most pressing and popular health claims and scientific discoveries. Importantly, it is required that authors only use peer-reviewed scientific data from reputable journals to support or refute the topic. The article is then reviewed in-house by a panel of scientists, or in some cases by outside experts, to ensure what we are publishing is of the highest quality backed by the most current scientific data.
